Clint Schwald, President
Clint Schwald founded BIG IDEA Marketing after 20+ years of restaurant
marketing experience holding Manager and Director level positions with Stuart
Anderson's Black Angus, Taco Bell, Chevy's Fresh Mex and T.G.I.Fridays.
Clint has been a featured speaker at a variety of restaurant trade
shows and has articles featured in major publications including
Nation's Restaurant News.
Ron Roberts, Director of Marketing Operations
Ron joined BIG IDEA in 2007 bringing over 20 years of Manager and
Director level marketing experience with Stuart Anderson's Black Angus,
Restaurant Enterprises Group (Baxter's, Reuben's, Charley Brown's) El
Torito and Winchell's Donuts. Ron also has operations experience as a
General Manager and Regional Training Manager.
Katy Springer, Marketing & PR
Katy Springer is a tenured marketing executive whose experience has
spanned casual dining, QSR and upscale restaurants. Prior to getting
creative with BIG IDEA, Katy has managed marketing, advertising and
public relations programs for numerous concepts including Director of
Field Marketing for Buca, Inc., parent company of Buca di Beppo and
serving as the public relations account supervisor for McDonald's
Restaurants. She is an expert in local store marketing, PR and creative
writing.
